Technical Project Manager & Energy Consultant — Electrical & Electronics Engineer

Technical project manager and energy consultant with deep international experience across LNG-to-Power, gas-to-power, renewables, BESS, microgrids, FSRUs, transmission lines and gas pipelines. After more than a decade as Technical Director at Karadeniz Holding (Karpowership), he founded BSM Energy Solutions in 2023 to provide EPC construction, EPCM, owner's engineering and technical advisory to energy owners and investors worldwide.

Selected highlights

Delivered site preparation, commissioning and mooring for more than 2.5 GW of generation capacity across Africa, Asia, South America and the Caribbean.
Led the design, installation and commissioning of two offshore-moored FSRUs and over 50 km of high-voltage transmission lines.
Managed execution contracts exceeding USD 450 million and prepared tender packages behind awards of over 2 GW in five markets.
Owner's engineer and technical advisor for LNG-to-Power, BESS, PV, wind and microgrid programmes — most recently seconded to NEOM-ENOWA as Project & Engineering Manager.

Technical Director — Naval Architect & Marine Engineer

Naval architect and marine engineer with more than 18 years of international experience in shipbuilding, offshore and onshore energy infrastructure and large-scale EPC delivery. After leading LNG-to-Power and power-plant projects at Karadeniz Holding (Karpowership), he founded Seli Marine in 2023 to provide consulting and engineering solutions to the marine industry across four continents.

Selected highlights

Project Manager of the Dakar LNG-to-Power project — moored a 105,000 DWT FSRU and delivered 2 km of subsea and 2.5 km of onshore gas pipeline.
Converted 240 MW of diesel engines to gas and commissioned floating power plants in Indonesia, Cuba, Ghana and Senegal.
Site-managed the newbuild of three DP1 platform supply vessels in China and a 113,000 DWT Aframax tanker project.
A decade of design, quality and production engineering on chemical tankers and cargo vessels in Turkish shipyards.
